International Students House is delighted to be able to celebrate achieving IIP Gold. Lead by Carol Sutcliffe, HR Manager, the whole staff group worked on the project for over a year and ISH is very pleased to be able to have rounded off 2011 with the announcement of the achievement.
Having been originally acreddited in 1997 it is a superb achievemenbt to jump straight to a gold standard as this means attaining 165 indicators out of 196 (standard accreditation requires only 39). Of the 50,000 organisations accredited in the UK, only 3% have achieved the Gold Standard.
This accomplishment ties in with the new set of Values that ISH launched earlier in the year to compliment the Mission and to allow visitors and clients to know what can be expected from the organisation and also what future employees can expect and what is expected of them when they come and work for us.
