Colosseum Terrace flats are located in Albany Street, a short walk from ISH’s Great Portland Street site, and consist of 3 one-bedroomed flats, 2 two-bedroomed flats and one studio.
The flats are fully furnished and equipped. Tenants provide their own bed linen and towels.
The flats have gas fired central heating. Tenants pay gas and electricity charges for heating, lighting, cooking and hot water.
Tenants make their own arrangements for telephone and internet.
Laundry facilities are available at York Terrace East and Great Portland Street. There are payphones, internet access and a photocopy machine at 10 York Terrace East and Great Portland Street
Keeping the flat in good order is the responsibility of the tenant. Breakages must be reported and any damage repaired. Any repair work outstanding when the flat is vacated will be charged for and the amount deducted from the total deposit. An inspection of each flat will be made periodically. It is expected that residents clean their flat prior to departure.
Extensions for tenancy can be considered before the lease expires, but residence for more than four years cannot be considered. One month’s written notice of termination is required.
Residents are required to allow access to their flats when necessary for maintenance purposes.
Residents can arrange to rent or purchase a television and are then responsible for paying their own television licence fee.
We regret that car parking facilities are not available. Public transport is frequent and comprehensive.
