Applications for the 2012-13 academic year are now being taken.
Our contract time is 40 weeks. The price for the whole contract includes the Christmas and Easter holiday periods.
Under special circumstances we may be able to accept students who wish to stay for only one term.

Prices are per person and exclude meals.
The prices are valid from 01/09/2012 - 17/06/2013.

Paying your bill
Rent for the full term must be paid in advance and all accounts must be settled online.
We accept all major credit cards excluding American Express.
Students are responsible for maintaining their own accounts (accommodation and extras) and keeping them in credit. Arrears will be notified in writing and the student will be liable for administration costs.
Security deposit
All long term residents are required to pay £600.00 as a security deposit. This is refundable upon departure assuming that no monies are outstanding and that there is no damage to the property.
