For the price the location is excellent value. The staff were very helpful and I had a great night's sleep. The standard of accommodation in hotel terms is not brilliant, but it is student accommodation and most importantly it was clean.

Booking online system was efficient. The 2 for 1 drink voucher should be extended to 9pm because after sightseeing etc. it was usually near 8pm when I got back to ISH. Catering was good value for money and there is a wide choice for breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable to live in. The bathroom is adequately maintained but there is one little gripe I have, namely that in the later hours of the night (12 am onwards) the water heater seems to lose its effectiveness and I was forced to bathe in relatively cold water during that period of time, which is not an enjoyable experience. I am deeply impressed by the fact that although it is a student's accommodation, there is a daily cleaning service that never fails to keep the rooms spick and span and is always punctual in the time that they clean the rooms. It would be nice however to have an alternate breakfast rather than the same menu everyday!

I really enjoyed my stay at ISH. The dorms were very clean and enjoyable. The only thing that wasn't quite up to par was the men's bathroom. Just a little unclean at times, but no big deal. The food was wonderful and the bar was an awesome place to hang out. Thank you again for the great experience!
