Please note that although the gym is open from 07:00 Monday - Friday, there are no staff members present until 12:00. Although you are welcome to use the gym (you gain access using your membership card), doing so is entirely at your own risk.
The gym is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
