Natalia joined the board in June 2021, as a Governor.

Natalia leads a specialist asset management team at LaSalle Investment Management, focusing on European living and hospitality strategies. Her team is responsible for c.£3.7bn of assets under management across operational real estate, including student housing, residential, senior living, supported living, temp accommodation, healthcare and hospitality concepts.

Natalia’s previous work experience includes leadership positions across public and private sectors with IHG Hotels, Legal & General IM, Asia Pacific Investment Partners and the London Borough of Lewisham.

An active volunteer within not-for-profits, Natalia also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Transform Housing & Support (RP). She is a member of BPF’s Affordable Housing Committee and Capital Markets Committee at the Energy & Environment Alliance. A Cohort Mentor for REACH UK, Second Century Ventures and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
