I joined ISH Board in 2021. I head up the Global Bank and Institutional Finance & Restructuring Group of Seward & Kissel LLP, a major Wall Street law firm with offices in New York, Washington D.C. and London.  My practice involves finance related to banks and institutions and the restructuring of companies.  I am qualified to practice law in the United States, England & Wales, Australia and India.  In addition to being on the Board of Governors at ISH, I am also on the Board of Trustees of Skidmore College and on the Board of NYU Law LAA. I am also a FinTech investor through a vehicle which I own and also own a proprietary fund-of-funds.
