Richard joined the Board of ISH in September 2022. He is a Chartered Accountant and was a Partner at Deloitte, where he worked for almost 30 years. In his time at Deloitte, he worked with businesses in the telecoms, media and technology sectors providing audit and financial advisory services, before then moving into an internal position where he held a number of leadership roles within Deloitte’s UK and Global organisations.

Having commenced a career break, he is now leveraging his corporate experience within the charitable sector, where he has a particular interest in education and social mobility.
